Short description

One shaft multi-ripsaw, using as trimming and edging machines with movable (positioning) sawblades, automatic A.Costa machines for Third Line with different number of movable blades and for different thickness.
One shaft multi-ripsaw, using as trimming and edging machines with movable (positioning) sawblades, machines of Third Line for sawmill lines of Standard configuration. 
To produce the edging / trimming operations with boards and/or with not thick prisms traditionally used the One shaft multiripsaw, trimming and edging machines with movable (positioning) sawblades. 
A.Costa Righi in production program have spread range of such One shaft multiripsaws:
- ML1-420 3R (2R, 1R);
- RI 500 3R (2R, 1R).

Basic model of machine ML1-420 3R (2R, 1R) usually used, as One shaft trimming and edging machines with movable (positioning) sawblades with maximum working thickness till 100 mm or/and as One shaft multi-ripsaw with maximum working thickness till 115 mm. 
 
Machine ML1-420 3R (2R, 1R) has one fixed sawblade (group of blades) and models have: 3R - three movable sawblades (group of blades);  correspondingly: 2R and 1R - has two and one movable sawblades (group of blades).

Machines of RI 500 3R (2R, 1R) type.
Basic model of machine RI 500 3R (2R, 1R) usually used, as One shaft trimming and edging machines with movable (positioning) sawblades with maximum working thickness till 125 mm or/and as One shaft multi-ripsaw with maximum working thickness till 140 mm. 
Machine RI 500 3R (2R, 1R) has one fixed sawblade (group of blades) and models have: 3R - three movable sawblades (group of blades);  correspondingly: 2R and 1R - has two and one movable sawblades (group of blades).
