Short description
One spindle multi-ripsaw automatic machine RI 150. May be used as universal compact, but very precise multi-ripsaw with working thickness till 150 mm and working speed till 120 m/min.
Automatic One shaft multi ripsaw and/or trimming /edging machine RI 150 with fixed blades and working thickness till 150 mm. Machine RI 150 is very compact and has exact very high productivity. Machine equipped with the roller feeding system and can work with extremely high speed till 120 m/min.
To proceed with trimming / edging of the side boards and/or proceed with vertical longitudinal cutting of not very thick prisms, as usual, are used such type of Automatic One shaft multi ripsaws and/or trimming /edging machines, as RI 150 with fixed blades.
Basic model of RI 150 machine has the blades with fixed position and is used, as the trimming / edging automat or/and as compact One shaft multi ripsaw with working thickness till 150 mm.
The demanded number of Linear lasers may be installed on RI 150 machine to reflect the actual position of installed blades onto proceeding material.
Machine RI 150 can works in complete automatic way under PLC (computer) control, or under manual control of operator (with spread automatic PLC functions, assisted to him).
Main technical characters of RI 150 machines:
- maximum working width of pieces till 690 mm;
- maximum distance between machine lateral blades till 550 mm;
- minimum length of processing pieces - 2000(1000) mm.
